Amosun reshuffles cabinet, four commissioners affected

The Ogun Government on Monday announced a minor cabinet reshuffle.

In a statement issued by Taiwo Adeoluwa, the Secretary to the State Government (SSG), the exercise, which took immediate effect, affected four Commissioners and four Special Advisers to Gov. Ibikunle Amosun.

It said that Dr Lanre Tejuoso, the Commissioner for Environment, was moved to the Ministry of Youths and Sports, while Gbenga Otenuga, the Commissioner for Youths and Sports, was moved to the Ministry of Urban and Physical Planning.

Ayo Olubori, the former Commissioner for Forestry, was moved to the Ministry of Environment, while Adebayo Fari, the Commissioner Ministry of Urban and Physical Planning, was moved to the Ministry of Forestry.

The statement said that Tunde Sanusi, the Special Adviser (SA) to the Governor on Special Development was now the SA on Environment while Lanre Balogun, the SA to the Governor on Environment was moved to the Office of the Secretary to the State Government.

The statement said that Tinu Shopeju, the SA to the Governor on Agriculture, was now the SA on Commerce and Industry, while Femi Ogunsola, the SA to the Governor on Commerce and Industry, was now the SA on Urban and Physical Planning.
