Federal High Court, Lagos, dismissed Senate President Bukola Saraki’s bid to stop his trial at the Code of Conduct Tribunal.
Justice Ibrahim Buba in a ruling on Friday held that his court lacked the jurisdiction to hear the application.
The CCT on Thursday refused to stay proceedings in Saraki’s trial pending the determination of the appeal he filed at the Supreme Court.
