Madam Omowunmi Akande, wife of former interim National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Chief Bisi Akande, is dead.
She died in a private hospital in Ibadan, the Oyo State capital, Tuesday and will be buried in Ila-Orangun, Osun State today as arrangements were being made to convey her body to the University College Hospital (UCH) morgue in Ibadan.
Last night, sympathisers flocked her family home to condole with her widower.
