President Muhammadu Buhari has terminated the appointment of the Managing Director of the Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA), Sanusi Ado Bayero.
The termination of Bayero’s appointment, according to a statement by Presidential Media Adviser, Femi Adesina, is with immediate effect.
He is to hand over the management of the NPA and all government property in his possession to Habibu Abdullahi who has been reinstated as Managing Director of the NPA by President Buhari.
President Buhari wishes Bayero who was appointed at the twilight of the former President Goodluck Jonathan’s administration well in his future endeavours.
