A Federal High Court in Lagos has freed five staff of the All Progressives Congress, APC, who were detained by the State Security Services, SSS, last week.
Justice Mohammed Yunusa also issued an order restraining the SSS from further arresting the workers pending the determination of the substantive suit.
The Court on Friday had adjourned the matter till Monday after SSS claimed ignorance of the court’s earlier directive that the workers be taken to Court Friday.
The five staff were arrested on November 22 during a raid by the SSS on an APC office in Lagos.
