Special Adviser to Governor Nyesom Wike of on Media and Publicity, Opunabo Inko-Tariah, has resigned his position.
Inko-Tariah, the Publisher of Port Harcourt-based Hard Truth newspaper told a local radio station Friday morning, that his resignation was because Wike starved his office of funds and refused to take his advice.
