Former Senate President, David Mark, has been declared the winner of the February 20 Benue South Senatorial District Re-run election.
Mark of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, stock was declared by the Independent National Election Commission, INEC, beating his closest rival, All Progressives Congress, APC candidate, Daniel Onjeh.
Mark had the highest votes cast of 84, 192 as against Onjeh’s 71, 621.
