Fashola re-deploys 11 Permanent Secretaries

Lagos State Governor, Babatunde Raji Fashola (SAN) has approved the deployment of 11 Permanent Secretaries in the state public service.

This came few days after the appointment of seven Permanent Secretaries in the state public service by the governor.

According to a circular issued on Thursday by the Head of Service, Oluseyi Williams, four newly appointed Permanent Secretaries and seven subsisting Permanent Secretaries were affected by the exercise.

The redeployed Permanent Secretaries are – Olalekan Adeleke Ogunbanwo who moves from Lagos Television/Radio Services to Parastatals Monitoring Office; Adekunle Mubashiru Ajanaku formerly of the Deputy Governor’s Office now deployed to Lagos Television/Radio Services; Engr. Paul Omotayo Bamgbose-Martins from the Office of Works to Office of Infrastructure.

Others are – Nurudeen Adeyinka Ojora-Adejiyan of the Local Government Service Commission who has moved to the Teachers Establishment and Pensions Office; Ashamu Sewanu Fadipe from the Ministry of Tourism and Intergovernmental Relations now to serve at the Local Government Service Commission; Olufunmilayo Adebusola Balogun of the Ministry of Home Affairs and Culture to Ministry of Tourism and Intergovernmental Relations and Omotayo Amoke Olabenjo from the Civil Service Commission is to take over at the Ministry of Home Affairs and Culture.

The four new Permanent Secretaries affected by the exercise are – Jokotola Ojosipe-Ogundimu to serve at the Civil Service Commission; Micheal Olajuwon Dawodu to serve at the Deputy Governor’s Office; Engr. Olujimi Nunayon Hotonu to take charge at the Office of Works and Oluwatoyin Adepeju Adegbuji-Onikoyi to serve at the Ministry of Finance.

The Governor had earlier approved the deployment of three new Tutors-General/Permanent Secretaries  Florence Adebola Ogunfidodo to serve at Education District I; Margaret Titilayo Solarin to serve at Education District II and Yinka Gbemi Olaniyi to service at Education District III
