FCMB splashes cars, cash on customers as 30th Anniversary Promo ends Three lucky customers of First City Monument Bank, FCMB have won Sports Utility Vehicles, SUVs as star prizes in an electronic draw conducted as part of the bank’s 30th Anniversary promo. In addition to the car gifts, another set of three customers went home with N1 million each, while 130 others won LCD Televisions, Fridges, Generators and DVD players. At the Lagos/South-West Regional draw held at Idimu in Lagos state, Saidat Mojirike Ajitena won the star prize of an SUV on offer, while Adamu Dangoro also emerged a proud owner of another SUV at the North Regional draw held in Abuja. The third vehicle went to Gabriel Asa Udoh-Affah at the South-East/South-South Regional draw which took place in Port Harcourt, Rivers state. The reward of N1million cash each went to Samuel Ifeanyi Ezeudu (Lagos/South-west); Abdullahi Aminu Hamcheta (North) and William Onyemechi Onwu (South-East/South-South). Speaking at the event in Lagos, FCMB’s Senior Vice President/Divisional Head, Retail Banking, Olu Akanmu, stated that with the grand finale of the draws held nationwide, the bank has fulfilled the promise it made to customers to reward those who participated and qualified in the anniversary promo. According to him, the promo was meant to encourage savings and financial inclusion through rewards and prizes amongst new and existing customers. “It was also a way to say a special thank you to our esteemed customers for being invaluable partners over the years as we celebrated our 30 years of existence as a Bank last year’’. He informed customers of the bank and other dignitaries that witnessed the event that the 266 lucky customers who won various prizes at the first and second draws of the promo have received their prizes, assuring that the 136 others that would emerge at the grand finale draw would also receive their rewards. With the grand finale draw, the total number of winners that emerged from the FCMB 30th Anniversary promo stood at 402. Akanmu congratulated all the winners, urging them to utilize their winnings wisely and to continually imbibe a savings culture. He also reiterated the bank’s commitment in, ‘’rewarding its customers to ensure they meet their individual and business aspirations’’.
