President Muhammadu Buhari has approved the appointment of Ibrahim Mustafa Magu as the Acting Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
Magu, an Assistant Commissioner of Police takes over from Ibrahim Lamorde who was asked to proceed on terminal leave ahead of the formal expiration of his tenure in February next year.
Magu was a former Head of the Economic Governance Unit of the anti-graft agency.
