The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Zamfara has embarked on ward to ward campaign as part of strategy to win the general elections in the state.
The state’s party Campaign Director-General, Malami Yandoto, who said this in Gusau on Sunday, said “as you know, our great party PDP had already flagged-off its Presidential and Governorship campaigns here in Gusau.
“Now, we are going from house to house, village to village to see our people because we believe that majority of Zamfara people will vote for PDP.”
Yandoto, who is also the running mate of the party’s Governorship Candidate, Mahmud Shinkafi, expressed hope that God willing, PDP would win the February elections in the state.
While calling on party members to maintain law and order during their campaign activities, Yandoto said the PDP as a political party was encouraging its members to always be law abiding.
