The Permanent Voter Cards (PVC) for 32,684 registered voters in Lagos state were picked up on Friday, January 6, 2023, according to information from the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
In its daily report on PVC collecting, the commission said on Saturday that 15,286 of the registered voters in Lagos who picked up their PVCs were women while 17,398 were men.
The commission also revealed that 13,703 registered voters picked up their voter cards in Edo on the same Friday.
From January 6 to January 15, INEC devolved the nationwide exercise to the registration area/ward level; from January 16 through January 22, it will return to local government offices.
