The popular Nollywood actor, Saheed Balogun has dragged his actress former-wife, Fathia Balogun, to court over the use of his surname.
Saheed is insisting that Fathia, his ex-wife with three children should stop using the name.
Saheed has been trying to get Fathia revert to her maiden name, but she insists she became popular using that name and has no plans to drop the name.
In an interview she granted in 2011, Fathia said: “My name is Fathia Balogun and it’s going to remain so for life. Nobody can ever change that or stop me from answering that name.”
Both former lover birds’ relationship lasted for many years before ending few years ago.
