Former member of the House of Representatives, Abike Dabiri-Erewa, on Thursday, filed a libel suit in Lagos High Court, against Diamond Bank Plc for publishing her name in the list of chronic debtors.
According to Dabiri-Erewa, the suit against the organisation, is to demand a retraction and an apology from them.

In an advertisement published by the bank in compliance with the Central Bank directive that bad debtors be exposed and shamed, Diamond Bank listed Abike-Dabiri and a company identified as Thriller Endeavours as owing it a chronic debt of N122 million.
