Manchester City’s hopes of making the Champions League last 16 were severely dented as they lost and had two men sent off against CSKA Moscow.

City fell behind to Seydou Doumbia’s header, but pulled level soon after through Yaya Toure’s classy free-kick.

The hosts could not build on their goal though and Doumbia restored CSKA’s lead with a clever run and cool finish.
City ran out of energy and personnel as Fernandinho picked up a second yellow and Toure was shown a straight red
