A multiple explosions has rocked Yobe State capital, Potiskum, killing about 10 persons.
Our correspondent reports that one of the explosions occurred at vigilante checkpoint along Nanterre road while another bomb was detonated at Dorawa area close to a drinking joint.
Reports indicate that several people were injured while some are still unconscious at the Potiskum General Hospital.
Though our correspondent gathered that the explosions claimed about 10 lives, there are fears that the casualty figure may rise, given the large number of people that sustained various degrees of injuries.
