President Muhammadu Buhari has congratulated Lt. Gen. Theophilus Yakubu Danjuma (rtd) on his 78th birthday.
The President, according to a statement by his Special Adviser, Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina, “joins friends, family members and all business associates of Gen. Danjuma in celebrating the achievements of the renowned philanthropist, who also serves as the Chairman of the Presidential Initiative for the Rehabilitation of Internally Displaced Persons in the North East.
“President Buhari believes that the exemplary dedication of the elder statesman to giving back to the society and making life better for the less privileged is worthy of emulation by all,” the statement said.
The President prays that Almighty God will grant the elder statesman many more years of good health and fulfillment in the service of the nation.
