The Department of State Services (DSS) says it has arrested one Firdausi Ahamadu for threatening to detonate a bomb on herself in a bid to kill some All Progressives Congress (APC) chieftains in Kano.

In a viral video posted on TikTok, the 23-year-old lady dared those responsible for the tribunal victory of Yusuf Gawuna, APC governorship candidate in Kano, to share their home addresses.

Peter Afunanya, the secret service’s public relations director, said on Tuesday that Ahamadu “is being interviewed” for her comments in the viral video.

On September 20, the Kano state election petition tribunal sacked Abba Yusuf, candidate of the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP), as the governor of the state.

The tribunal also declared Gawuna as the duly elected governor of Kano.

Ahamadu who wore a cap with Yusuf’s picture in the video, threatened to bomb herself alongside the election tribunal lead judge, Gawuna, and Rarara, an APC praise singer.

Ahamadu also blamed Vice-President Kashim Shettima for the tribunal verdict.

“The jihad I can do is for them to take Abba’s seat, I have sacrificed my life. Put a bomb in me and I swear I will go and face them let us all die with them,” she said in the TikTok video.

“Gather them all in one place and give me a bomb, I will go in and let the bomb explode with us all rather than them taking Abba’s seat.

“That female judge, you are the first person I will kill if I can see you. And you Rarara, we will deal with you.

“If you know you are a man, give us your address, I swear I will put on a bomb and come to your place because you are useless. By God’s grace you will meet your doom in this world before even going to the hereafter.

“You too Gawuna, disclose your address and see what will happen. I swear I will put on a bomb and come to your place for it to explode and kill us all.”
