Edo 2016: Obaseki promises to bring land bank to Abudu

The APC Governorship campaign has assured the people of Orhiomwon that his administration would bring Land Bank to the locality.

The party’s flag bearer, Godwin Obaseki gave the assurance Tuesday at the palace of the Enogie of Evbobanosa, Prof Gregory Akenzua to inform him of his campaign.

He said with the Land Bank, it would be much easy to allocate land for agriculture.

According to him “we are committed to utilising the vast land in Orhionmwon. This is a place blessed with vast land mass, stressing that his administration would be committed to contributing to the development of the state.

Obaseki stressed the need to think critically on how to bring back the economy of the state and reposition the economy to be next to that of Lagos state.

He said every infrastructure development needs the support of a vibrant and viable economy, adding that in view of this he would need the advice, counsel, support and prayer of the monarch.

He also said that his administration would work towards establishing a technical and vocational college in the area to serve the youths.

Akenzua appreciated the visit of the APC candidate who was led to the palace by Gov Adams Oshiomhole and wished him good health, strength and wisdom in his task.

He said the palace would continue to pray for the candidate who would ensure the masses had food on their table to eat as well as develop the state and have value and respect for the traditional institution to win.
