Sequel to the meteorological report that there will be eclipse on Thursday, September 1, 2016, the FCT Police Command has called on all residents of the Federal Capital Territory to be vigilant as miscreants could take advantage of the situation to perpetrate criminal act.
The Command also warned those contemplating to exploit the climatic condition for the purpose of committing crime to have a rethink about their plans as anybody arrested in the act will be decisively dealt with in accordance with law.
The Commissioner of Police, CP Muhammad Mustafa assured FCT resident that the Command has put in place adequate measures to provide water-tight security across FCT.
