Fathia Balogun, an actress, was born into a Roman Catholic family.
She eventually converted to Islam and took the Muslim name Fatia after embracing the beliefs of cherubim and seraphine before marrying actor Saidi Balogun.
She holds an islamic chieftaincy title as Atesin Se Adinni

Mercy Aigbe Adeoti, who is most recent addition to the list, is a mother of two who married a new partner.
Mercy Aigbe married Kazim Adeoti in a private wedding. Since the marriage was announced, Mercy has showed off her new husband, who is alleged to be married to another woman. Mercy Aigbe, to replicate her husband’s religion turned to Islam and took the Arabic name Minnah.
3. Lizzy Anjorin:
Actress Lizzy Anjorin was brought up in a Christian home, but she found solace in Islam which was her mother’s religion in 2013. She had two Muslim names Sekinat and Aishat.
She revealed via her Instagram page in January 2018 that she made the decision when her mother died and not because of a man.
She wrote: “When my mom died, more than ten churches rejected her corpse for burial.”
“Through it all, it was the faith I rejected that stood by me, prayed for my mom’s corpse, performed only the necessary rites while the church only gave us burial space after much fuss.”
4. Adunni Ade:
Actress Adunni Ade shocked everyone in 2020 when she revealed she was now a Muslim. However, the mother of two said she was raised as a Muslim but her father gave her free will to practice whatever religion she wanted.
She also reiterated that Islam had made her more fulfilled and happier.
5. Liz Da Silva:
Liz Da Silva, a popular actress, was raised as a Christian until she allegedly fathered a kid with an unknown Muslim man known only as Olaoye.
The Togo-born actress and her son both converted to Islam after the birth of their son, she also took the name Aishat.
