The Management of the Federal University of Technology Akure, FUTA, has advised students of the university that academic activities leading to the conclusion of the second semester of the 2016/2017 Session have resumed following the suspension of ASUU strike.
A statement by Adegbenro Adebanjo, Deputy Director, Corporate Communications, FUTA said students are advised to return to campus immediately.
“A revised Academic Calendar will be published soon after the siting of the Senate. The Vice-Chancellor, Professor Joseph Fuwape wishes all students safe return to the University and a peaceful second semester,” the statement said.
