Senator Ifeanyi Okowa upturned political calculations in Delta State as he polled, 406 votes on Monday night to win the governorship primary of People’s Democratic Party, PDP.
Okowa beat David Edevbie, who was endorsed by the Urhobo Progress Union to second position, polling 299 votes.
