A counsel representing Jimoh Ibrahim, the controversial candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP in Ondo State, Jadegoke Badejo, has withdrawn his service from the ongoing case at the Court of Appeal, Abuja.
The withdrawal comes few weeks after another counsel, Alex Iziyon also withdrew allegedly over unpaid service charges.
Badejo premised his decision to pull the brake due to what he called the failure of Jimoh Ibrahim’s loyalists to stop the three judges of the newly constituted appellate court from hearing the case.
