As a build up to the commemoration of the memorial anniversary of the former Governor of Ondo State, Dr. Olusegun Agagu, the Olusegun Agagu Foundation has announced the inauguration of a new series of education support programmes for indigenes of Ondo state and Nigerians at large.
The Foundation’s educational programmes, which are in forms of Full scholarship and Prizes for different categories of individuals who are students of Secondary schools and undergraduates in Nigerian Universities, according to statement by Feyi Agagu, Secretary of the Foundation, are drawn in line with the Mission Statement of the Foundation and the credo of the late academic and administrator, which is to leave things better than he met them by working passionately towards intellectual excellence, good governance and national development.
Starting from the 2015/16 academic session, the Foundation, in partnership with the Governing Council of Adeleke University, Ede Osun state, is awarding full scholarship for suitably qualified applicants to study Computer Science, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Chemistry and Public Health.
