Metal-cutting tools and mining gear maker Sandvik AB (SAND.ST) said on Sunday its President and Chief Executive Officer Björn Rosengren intends to resign and leave the company.
Rosengren, who took over as CEO in 2015, will leave Sandvik as of Feb. 1 2020, the Swedish company said in a statement, adding that the board will meet on Monday to begin work on finding a new president and CEO.
